Printer model: Rio Pro It is very difficult to be able to make contact with people at many companies, but it was very easy to get in touch with you. I appreciate being able to correspond via email and I appreciate being able to make contact with you fairly easily. I appreciate the service I received during this support ticket. We ended up not getting the piece repaired due to the cost but support was great about getting back to me which I appreciate. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality. In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer.
